In the video, the lady admitted that, after getting the epiphany, she had to call her husband and thank him for “enduring her rage.” Later, Jada admitted that she realized how durable love must be because people don’t have all the answers at the beginning.

Finally, the actress pointed out that she was grateful for all the people who didn’t abandon her during that journey of learning things, revealing that Will could have done do but didn’t.

THE CAPTION

Even though the clip had a strong message, the highlight of the post was her caption, wherein Jada confessed that she used to believe romantic love was the “highest form of love” until she learned otherwise.

“I realized how unmet standards of romantic love often justified it to turn into a cold heart that many times can fuel hateful and brutal actions of revenge and manipulation towards someone you ‘say’ or ‘said’ you loved,” wrote Jada in the caption.

Apart from that, the actress admitted that romantic love might be the only “form of love” people could fall out of. She added that, if her romantic standard of love were not met, she would get furious, which obviously deteriorated her relationship.

JADA’S ATTITUDE CHANGED

Thankfully, Jada realized that her ego and heart could not “share the same space” and transformed her relationship with Will from a “marriage (contaminated with all the above) to a life partnership led by and steeped in ‘devotional friendship.’”

“The only thing to do in life is to find the form of love where we can give the best of ourselves AND ... it’s not always going to look like you thought. Love, love and love some more,” finished Jada.

It is not the first time that Jada and Will make headlines, though. During an episode of her “Red Table Talk,” the actress revealed that she taught her children the value of hard work at a very young age.

A PARTICULAR WAY TO RAISE HER CHILDREN

While most people consider that being the child of a celebrity makes most of the things a lot easier, Willow and Jaden Smith had to work from a very young age to get what they wanted. Jada and Will wanted to make sure that their two children didn’t rely on their parents’ success but their own.

The actress pointed out that her children got to see when they were quite young that life was not a game and that all the family had was not theirs, referring to the items, clothes, and any other things Jada and Will had gotten as a result of their work.

“Listen, you guys are really privileged and you are to learn how to... offer yourself and be in service to the world,” said Jada, who made Willow and Jaden go to soup kitchens and homeless shelters to volunteer at the age of 5.
