Carrie Underwood’s Son Channels Dad While Skating in an Adorable Uniform like a Mini Hockey Star
Carrie Underwood is a country singer known best for her hit songs “Before He Cheats” and “Jesus Take The Wheel.” She and ice hockey player Mike Fisher have been married since 2010 and have two boys together.
Mike recently shared a photo on his Instagram story of his eldest son, Isaiah, wearing a hockey uniform on the ice. His caption was “Look ma no hands.”
This adorable photo of Isaiah in the full hockey kit, including a helmet and skates, warmed the hearts of Mike and Carries followers.
The photograph is especially heartwarming when one takes into account that Isiah is following in his father’s hockey-playing footsteps. Mike retired from the Nashville Predators a few months ago.
This father-son outing was a welcome break for Mike who has been looking after him and his wife’s two sons, Isaiah, and newborn Jacob, at home.
When asked about his decision to retire, Mike said:
“I'm so grateful for the last 18 years. It's hard to believe how fast the time goes. I got the chance to play and work with so many incredible people along the way. “
JACOB AND ISAIAH
Carrie’s friend, Cara Clark recently posted a text post on Instagram relating to parenting, which Carrie commented on.
In her comment, Carrie showed how proud she is of Isaiah for stepping up as a big brother while she and Mike are getting used to having a newborn in the family again.
The example she gave is that he changed the toilet paper roll in the bathroom without being asked to do so. She said that she felt lucky to have him as a son.
Cara was amazed that Isaiah was so advanced for a three-year-old. She then jokingly asked Carrie what her secret is, but Carrie did not respond on the platform.
