The 37-year-old star sportswoman showed off her 5ft 9 figure in a slinky hip-hugging gown by Armani.

The gown is strapless, with drapes accentuating the waist and flowing down in a flounce to the hem.

The gown is a unique haute couture creation by Italian designer Giorgio Armani. Armani's creation also featured a scarlet jeweled bustier, and is strapless, showing off William's sculptured arms.

Those used to seeing Williams prowling the courts will be stunned by her transformation. The usually sporty celebrity had her hair swept back into a sleek ponytail and accessorized her look with diamond earrings, a bracelet, and a gorgeous ring.
