J.Lo Takes Her Engagement Celebration to the Skies, Receiving Tasty Gifts on a Private Jet

Jennifer Lopez and her new fiance have their head in the skies quite literally after their recent engagement. They shared celebrations with fans via Instagram story.

Alex Rodriguez, 43, took to his social media to show off just how big the pair goes when it comes to their celebratory outings. In the story, Lopez is sitting in a private jet and photographing the table arrangement in front of her.

The singer loves the adorable mementos that she's gotten. At one point she screams into the camera: "So cute!" Rodriguez' work clearly has not gone unappreciated.

He laid out some powdered donuts with diamonds on them and a champagne bottle in ice. Next to it, a small chalkboard commemorated their engagement date. Silver balloons spell out "Congratulations" elsewhere on the plane.

The couple was reportedly on their way to a romantic getaway in the Bahamas. The trip comes within a week of the Saturday proposal for which Rodriguez got down on one knee on the beach.

49-year-old Lopez and Rodriguez have been together for just over two years now. On March 9, Rodriguez took a big step and shared the news in an Instagram that simply read, "She said yes."

Though they've been in a relationship only for the past two years, Rodriguez actually got an autograph from the famous pop star 20 years ago. Unsurprisingly, he never lost the picture.

The pair were later photographed together during one of the former baseball stars' Yankees games. At the time, Lopez was still with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

The couple officially came out as an item on March 8, 2017. Their kids are also regularly seen enjoying time together. Lopez has 11-year-old twins Maximillian "Max" David and Emme Maribel.

Rodriguez, who's been married once before, has two daughters with Cynthia Scurtis. 10-year-old Ella and 14-year-old Natasha get along amazingly with his fiancee's children.

A source already reported that the kids will be a "huge part" of Lopez and Rodriguez' upcoming wedding. The source said that the couple is "still all about their family with the four kids."

We certainly believe it based on the heartwarming pictures we've seen, but it's also nice to see the two getting some one on one time. Lopez, who claims she never saw the proposal coming, must still be ecstatic that she's going to marry the love of her life.
