Daughter Claims She’s Never Been with a Man after Doctor Finds out She's Pregnant

A concerned mother takes her 16-year-old daughter to the doctor.

After they go in to their doctor’s cabin, the mother greets their doctor.

“Hello, Mrs. Jones. What seems to be the problem?”, the doctor asks.

“My daughter Darla keeps getting these cravings. Also, she is putting weight and is sick most mornings,” says the mother, clearly worried.

The doctor raises an eyebrow but does not say anything. She examines Darla before jumping to any obvious conclusions.

After the examination, the doctor turns to the mother and says, “well, I don’t know how to break this to you, but your daughter is pregnant. She is in her fourth month, I guess”.

Darla’s mom could not believe it. She exclaims in shock.

“Pregnant?! She can’t be, she has never been left alone with a man! Have you, Darla?”

“No, mom. I have never even kissed a man before!”, Darla says, nervously shaking her head.

The doctor stands up and walks over to a nearby window. She opens the blinds and gazes out of the window.

The mother grows impatient and asks the doctor if there is something wrong outside.

The doctor breaks her gaze and replies calmly, “No, not really, it’s just the last time anything like this happened, a star appeared in the east and three wise men came over the hill. I’ll be damned if I’m going to miss it this time!”
