Melania Trump Turns Heads in a Lilac Designer Coat as She Returns to the White House in Style
Melania Trump gave off a spring vibe in a casual look as she flaunted a lilac Valentino coat and black pumps as she returned to Washington DC after a weekend in Mar-a-Lago.
The First Lady held hands with husband Donald Trump as she made her way to the White House in Washington in a statement pink wool double-breasted pea coat over a navy sweater paired with dark blue skinny jeans. Her jacket’s colorway is inspired by DC’s cherry blossoms.
Melania’s love for high-heels pump is evident in almost every attire she flaunts. However, she opted for a pair of pointy dark-blue snakeskin flats with toe buckle for the spring-ready look.
The duo spent the weekend in Palm Beach, Florida, where she met with Venezuelan journalist Fabiana Rosales, who is partially recognized as the acting president of Venezuela.
In her Instagram post, she poses alongside Fabiana in a striped midi-dress paired with high heels. She described the meeting as “inspiring” in the caption.
The former model is always a stunner no matter what she wears. Be it casual or elegantly chic, Melania can effortlessly pull off any style.
The First Lady refrains from holding hands with husband Donald Trump during public appearances, leading onlookers to believe they are not exactly a lovey-dovey couple.
However, a new book called “Mar-a-Lago: Inside the Gates of Power at Donald Trump’s Presidential Palace”, author Laurence Leamer reveals how Melania and Donald like to spend time together, especially when the duo is having meals during their frequent trips to Florida.
"They're there so long, other people are leaving and they're just ... there. They dine for hours," Leamer shared. "He likes a small table, a four-person table, so people can come over to say 'hello' but there's not enough room to invite people to join."
Leamer further reveals the President and the First Lady see friends and fans but for the most part, they just enjoy each other’s company.
