People all over the world celebrated Easter this past weekend, including American celebrity prisoners. Below is a rundown of a few famous inmates and what they had to eat for Easter Sunday, as reported by TMZ.

According to the outlet, comedian/actor Bill Cosby, record executive Suge Knight, rapper Soulja Boy, and former “Subway” spokesperson Jared Fogle, were treated to Easter meals that were anything but festive in their prison residences across the country.

COSBY'S EASTER MENU

Cosby has been at SCI Phoenix in Pennsylvania since September 2018 when he was sentenced to 3-10 years for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, so this past Easter was his first behind bars.

The 81-year-old legally blind man reportedly had baked chicken with bread dressing, carrots, gravy, bread with margarine, plus a fresh apple.

Compared to what was previously reported as Cosby’s prison menu, it appeared some effort was put into the Easter meal nonetheless.

CNN revealed last year that the disgraced TV star’s first prison meal was baked meatballs and rice, green beans, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

Cosby’s food choices may be limited, however, because his spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, claimed in February that he gave up coffee, bread, and dessert.

FOGLE'S FARE

While Cosby had quite the feast -- if you can call it that -- in Pennsylvania, Fogle, 41, took in a less colorful menu at the Federal Correctional Institution in Englewood, Colorado.

Per TMZ, the former weight loss spokesperson who was sentenced to 15 years in prison on pornography charges, had beef or soy tacos, Mexican or steamed rice, black beans, corn, shredded cheese, and salsa.

Fogle has been in prison since 2015, so the Easter serving was not likely to have been a surprise.

KNIGHT'S PLATE

Like Fogle, Knight has also been in prison since 2015. The former “Death Row Records” boss entered a plea deal last September and is now serving a 28-year sentence on murder charges at the Richard J Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego.

Knight, 54, reportedly had Hamburger, baked potato wedges, steamed corn, coleslaw, and ice cream for dessert.

SOULJA'S RAW DEAL

Rapper Soulja Boy, 28, seemed to get the shortest end of the stick. Soulja, who was rumored to be dating Blac Chyna in February, was taken into custody earlier this month for a probation violation.

The Chicago native is expected to be in custody at the Los Angeles County Jail until April 30 and had his first Easter in prison over the weekend. Soulja’s holiday meal reportedly consisted of Spaghetti, salad, bread and juice, a far cry from what his fellow celebrity inmates had.

Ultimately, however, these prison inmates can still be grateful that they had something to eat.
