Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Share a Sweet Throwback Photo, Fans React 'Propose Already!'

On Thursday Gwen Stefani took a trip down memory lane with a throwback picture that had fans once again ask for the sweet sound of wedding bells.

Blake Shelton and Gwen fell in love during the second season of the talent show, The Voice, while both served as coaches.

They officially announced their relationship late in 2015, almost four years ago, and Gwen reminisced about their early days with the sweet snap.

Alongside a picture of her and Blake smiling at each other, the mom of three wrote, “#ticktock #timeflies @blakeshelton #bestie ❤️ gx.”

The picture got taken shortly before the googly-eyed couple announced their new status to the world. It was during a guest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in October 2015, during which they also performed a hilarious rendition of Drake’s hit song, “Hotline Bling.”

Both singers had previously been vocal about the previous heartbreaks they suffered and how they found happiness with each other. During an interview with Natalie Morales on the Today show in December, Gwen elaborated:

“[You] get to a place where you find somebody that’s like your best friend, that you know you can depend on and trust and go through life,” Gwen said. “We’re just trying to be in the moment as much as we can.”

However, after fans saw the nostalgic picture, they couldn’t help but gush over the moment the couple shared as the snap got taken. “Those looks are speaking volumes!!” one responded to the adorable photo, while others brought up the ever-present question of marriage.

“You guys are so cute....get married already and have that little girl,” an eager fan said while another added, “Cmon the waiting is killing us!!! Propose already, or America will do it for you OK? ( haha Oklahoma).”

Country singer Luke Bryan recently spoke with Us Weekly and recalled the night (April 14) when he joined Blake and Gwen for dinner at Craig’s restaurant in West Hollywood.

Idols recently showed interest in having Luke on the show as a judge and the three came together to talk about the respective shows and to catch up with what is going on in their lives.

“It was just fun hanging with them, and anytime I’m able to see them having fun and being happy, it’s great to be around them,” he said.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton sure seem to bring out the happy in each other!

Late in March, Gwen also made the most of Throwback Thursday as she posted a photoshopped picture of herself in Blake. With the image, she tried to imagine what it would have been like hanging out with a very young Blake, and it turned into a hilarious situation.
