Tia Mowry's Daughter Cairo Had a Bohemian-Themed 1st Birthday Party (Photos)

Mowry threw her only daughter a big birthday bash yesterday. The proud mama took to Instagram to share photos of sweet moments captured during the themed party.

Yesterday, May 5, the sterling actress took to Instagram to share numerous photos taken during the celebration of her daughter, Cairo's first birthday. One of the pictures has Cairo, with a little smile on her face, sitting in her mother's lap.

The mother-daughter pair donned colorful Bohemian outfits; Tia in a floral gown and little Cairo in a purple baby dress. They made the perfect duo sporting matching flowery hair accessories, and Mowry exudes so much joy as she smiled excitedly at the camera. The “Sister, Sister” actress proudly captioned the post saying:

“Celebrating Cairo's 1st birthday with a bohemian inspired party! Thanks, @janieandjack for outfitting her in this amazing head-to-toe look. We spent the afternoon with our closest family and friends singing songs, blowing bubbles and eating cake. Starting her birthday month off with chic yet chill vibes!" #janieandjacklove.”

The shot isn't even a day old and already has well over 300,000 likes! Fans took to the comments section to ooh and ahh over the pair while wishing little Cairo a happy birthday. We couldn't agree more with a user, @chaiteagoodness who wrote:

“Wow, how time flies I remember seeing pictures of the baby shower.”

Just about a year ago, Mowry and her actor husband showed off their newborn daughter for the very first time through a short video clip posted on Instagram.

The new mother also shared a heartfelt message saying:

“I'm so excited to spend the rest of my life loving this little one. Feeling grateful and blessed as we welcome our little baby girl into the world!"

The 40-year-old takes joy in being a doting mother and quite recently, she shared the many differences between her two kids even going on to admit that Cairo is a lot smarter than her big brother.

Mowry just never gets tired of showing off her children and who can blame her?! Cairo makes her second child born after the birth of her son, Cree some seven years following a lot of trouble trying to conceive.
