Gwen Stefani Reportedly Won’t Propose to Blake Shelton

Hollywood’s darling couple Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been dating for some time now, but they do not have plans to tie the knot yet. Gwen may have become weary of the whole concept of marriage after her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale was caught cheating.

Gwen had a great time with Blake and her three sons, 12-year-old Kingston, 10-year-old Zuma, and 5-year-old Apollo during the Ugly Dolls premiere. It is rare for all five of them to go out because of school and work combined.

Gwen says that there is “Zero Pressure” at home to pop the question because the couple has gone through so much before they were together. Given that both of them went through a painful divorce with their former partners, fearing love and commitment is only natural.

Ironically, the ‘What are you waiting for’ hitmaker seems to have no problem waiting for a long time.

Waiting for the wounds to heal seems like a great idea to the couple. You take a broken road to the one you can confide in and both of them seem to have found the right person.

The only question is: will they ever tie the knot?

Gwen once said that she hopes Blake is hers forever. Even Ellen DeGeneres tried to make that aspiration come true with a clock with the couple’s faces on the dial as their pre-engagement gift. Sadly, the idea didn’t work.

The “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” host went out and asked Blake if he ever planned on marrying Gwen. The question remained unanswered as they were interrupted when Julie Bowen jumped to scare him.

Of course, the entire discussion was passed on as “all in good fun”, but we are waiting for when things will actually get serious.

Since the couple considers Ellen as their favorite, they probably did not have any objection with the prank. Gwen actually found the prank on Blake hilarious and thought it was hysterical.

Of course, the couple knows how to take a joke, and occasionally pull each other’s leg. Recently, Gwen posted a sweet throwback Thursday picture on her Instagram that featured her and Blake photoshopped to make it look like they were together.
