Anna Duggar’s Throwback Pregnancy Photo Deemed 'Insensitive' after Her Sister Lauren's Miscarriage

Anna Duggar is being dubbed an “insensitive” sister after posting throwback pregnancy picture on social media in wake of sister-in-law Lauren Duggar's miscarriage.

The picture was taken when the American television personality was pregnant with son Mason. Jill and Joy-Anna Duggar were also pregnant at the time.

“#Throwback to when Jill, Joy & I were pregnant together!”, she wrote.

Anna recently revealed that she is expecting baby no. 6 with husband Josh Duggar reminisced being pregnant with her in-laws.

Continuing her post, she wrote: “Currently, there are 4 Duggar sisters/sisters-in-law that have shared expectant baby news! I wonder how many more new cousins will be announced before our little one arrives?!?!”

Anna might have posted the picture without the intention of offending her sister, but fans did not take her walk down to memory lane very well as they accused her of being “insensitive” to Lauren who revealed that she had a miscarriage in October.

Some commentators suggested she was “adding salt to the wound” while others went on to express their disdain over her lack of compassion.

Lauren and Josiah, who got married in June 2018, shared that Lauren started feeling “really sick” and noticed some “different things” when they were preparing to head to attend a wedding ceremony.

According to Lauren, she experienced intense cramps during the night she had the miscarriage. Little did she know that she was about to lose her precious child that night.

“I was thinking maybe I had something that had gluten in it. It was late at night and I went to use the restroom and there was the baby. Gone. I couldn't believe it and I was hoping it wasn't true."

Miscarriage is not uncommon in the Duggar family, given that Michelle Duggar has had the unfortunate experience in the past.
