A 30-year-old woman had eight plastic surgeries that amounted to almost $30,000, just to look like Meghan Markle.

Tanya Ricardo, 30, is a divorced mom who is currently working in the oil industry. While she's doing great at work, there was one thing she's always desired, and that was to look just like the Duchess of Sussex.

According to Tanya, there are many things about Meghan that she wants for herself, and that includes Meghan's grace.

"She's graceful, a very, very graceful woman. I want what she has that I don't."

Channeling Meghan

While Markle and Ricardo are both biracial, the latter believes there are still many ways in which she can truly channel Meghan.

"She has these great curves, what I want is to achieve the same thing through here and get rid of this so that I have a great, flat stomach. They say I'm very crazy for doing this, but I don't care."

To look like the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan will be getting eight procedures, namely, cheek countering and fillers, liposuction under her chin, breast implants, liposuction on her stomach, hips, and lower back, and a Brazillian butt lift.

A vow of support

Of course, while some people called her crazy for her dream of looking like Meghan, her boyfriend, Michael Duncan, was extremely supportive. In fact, as she was wheeled into surgery, he blew her a good luck kiss.

Her procedure took six hours to complete, and she ended up with a face full of bandages. However, her finished look has yet to be revealed by Inside Edition.

Meghan's first Mother's Day

This year, the Duchess of Sussex celebrated her first Mother's Day. Through a touching Instagram post with a subtle tribute to Princess Diana, Meghan lovingly held her son's feet while posing in front of Diana's favorite flower, forget-me-nots.

The Duke and Duchess spent their first Mother's Day at home together with Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland. Ragland has been by their side since before the royal birth.
