Jamie Foxx’s Daughter Corinne Opens up about His Relationship with Katie Holmes

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes turned heads at the Met Gala this year. Judging by the looks of it, the couple gets along pretty well, and Foxx’s daughter Corinne can vouch for it.

Earlier this month, Foxx and Holmes acknowledged their long-rumored relationship when they posed for the cameras at the Met Gala. The star-studded event saw the duo glowing as they walked side-by-side in their stunning attires.

However, the couple arrived separately at the event. While Holmes reportedly came with her designer Zach Posen, Foxx arrived at the event alone.

So what if they got into their own rides to the event? The was they sported matching outfits was evidence enough to prove that they were each other’s dates.

When PEOPLE asked Foxx’s daughter about what she thought if their outfits at the Met Gala, she said they looked “great.”

“They are so great and Katie is always so chic and yeah, they were wonderful.”

She further expressed how happy she was to attend the Met Gala two years ago while this year’s gala was the first for Foxx.

“They’re really good, really great,” she added.

Rumors about the couple’s romance spread ever since they were spotted cozying up at a party in East Hampton back in 2013. Although the two did not make any comments regarding their relationship status, it was pretty evident that they are romantically involved when they attended Clive Davi’s Pre-Grammy Gala together in 2018.

Holmes was previously married to actor Tom Cruise. The couple shares an adorable daughter, Suri.

There is a reason why the Foxx and Holmes haven’t been vocal about their relationship. Holmes was reportedly banned from flaunting a romantic relationship in public for five years. The ban was a part of the terms of her divorce arrangement from Tom Cruise. Maybe this was the reason why she kept her relationship with Foxx private.
