Yashi and the family have never faltered in their support for her uncle Michael Jackson whose reputation has been attacked by a recent HBO documentary, "Leaving Neverland."
JACKSON CLAN REJECTS "LEAVING NEVERLAND"
The controversial HBO documentary "Leaving Neverland" has been criticized in the strongest terms by the Jackson family who have filed a lawsuit against the director.
The documentary focuses on two men, James Safechuck and Wade Robson, who allege that Jackson molested them when they were children, and presents their stories without interviewing or speaking to any other sources in MJ's circle or in his family.
“They weren’t interested in gathering any evidence that wouldn’t corroborate what they’re saying. That wasn’t the plan. It was a one-sided documentary.” ” Marlon Jackson said.
Subsequent inconsistencies in Safechuck and Robson's stories have brought the veracity of the documentary into question, and most networks, including HBO, have stopped screening it.
