Remy Ma Is a Fresh-Faced Beauty with Her Hoop Earrings & Long, Curly Hair

Remy Ma showed no signs of a woman poised to battle it out in court when she stepped out at a train station, her first time in almost 20 years. The rapper, instead, was a picture of calm and freshness as she lamented how far she’s come since the last time she took the train.

Ahead of her birthday, Remy went on an emotional trip down memory lane traveling back in time to her days when she would ride the train every day. The singer who just recently gave birth to her daughter with her husband, Papoose, turned a year older on May 30 and it was an opportune time to reflect.

"I’m so thankful. I can only imagine what the future holds.”

Remy stood at the steps of a train station wearing a pair of relaxed jeans and a pink printed sweater which she matched with oversized pink sunglasses and pink shoes. Her long curly hair fell in waves past her shoulders but it didn’t conceal the giant hoop earrings dangling alongside her neck.

It was at that moment that Remy remembered her distant past as a teenager taking the train to get from point to point. She mentions this in her caption and adds, “I haven’t taken the train in almost 20 years." Remy was grateful for the life she’s been blessed with since that time.

“I’ve been through, overcome, and accomplished so much in my life. I’m so blessed,” she says. "I’m so thankful. I can only imagine what the future holds.”

In a separate post, Remy shared a close-up of her almost makeup-free face. “This my “You deadass" face,” she describes it. She took pride in her flawless skin as she added the hashtag “#GoodSkin.”

It’s been tough the past few days for Remy who made headlines due to a case she’s currently facing in court. The rapper was accused by “Love & Hip Hop” star Brittney Taylor of assault and she pressed back by declining a plea deal. Remy, who’s currently on parole for shooting a woman will be battling Brittney in court to prove her innocence. She is relying on video evidence she has that absolves her of guilt.

Remy allegedly punched Brittney in the face during a benefit concert. She maintains her innocence claiming she had an alibi at the time the reality star accused her of the attack. Four charges have been slapped against her but Remy seems unbothered judging from her latest photo. It’s probably because she chooses to count her blessings than wallow in her misfortunes.
