Rapper Young Thug Reacts after Footage of His Young Daughter Driving a Car
Young Thug has finally reacted to criticism trailing a video of one of his young daughters driving a car. The rapper also makes a promise to handle the situation.
Two days ago, The Shade Room posted a video showing one of Young Thug’s daughters believed to be under the age of 10 driving a car on a public road.
In the sickening footage, the little girl is in the driver’s seat without a seat belt on while clutching the steering wheel and struggling to see ahead of it.
At some point, an adult hand, appearing to be that of a female, briefly adjusts the steering wheel before letting her continue the drive. The unidentified adult seems to be the one recording the video that comes with no audio.
Sources told TMZ that it was Young Thug’s baby mama who was in the car with their daughter and that the duo was just outside her home in Georgia. The little girl also reportedly drove for less than 30 seconds.
The video has now been viewed over 2 million times on Instagram while sparking a barrage of critical comments, mostly bashing the “Stoner” rapper/songwriter.
'I am very smart, last thing I'm looking for is clout/fame I have both.'
“I’m almost sure DFCS [Department of Family and Child Services] is gonna see this,” actor Tyrese wrote.
“Stupid,” added former NBA player Matt Barnes.

“Love and Hip-hop” star Milan Christopher also chimed in on the conversation, saying: “Oh, he going to jail.”
Young Thug (birth name Jeffery Lamar Williams), has now broken his silence regarding the incident, claiming he was not aware of the drive.
In a note posted to his Instagram stories, the 27-year-old wrote:
"Never would I put my child's life in danger nor anyone else's life, I am out of town and that video is clearly in Atlanta. I am a very safe man, especially when it comes down to my kids. I am very smart, last thing I'm looking for is clout/fame I have both. Plus she wouldn't dare even ask me could she drive a car... But it'll be handled 'expeditiously.'"

“You people must get smarter [than] you are to think I’m anywhere near such a thing,” he finished, throwing a jab at folks who implied that he was behind the dangerous stunt.
Besides the young girl driving in the video, Young Thug has five other children by four women.
