'Bernie Mac Show' Actress Camille Winbush's Singing Voice Is Just as Good as Her Acting

2001 Kid actress, Camille Winbush, who played the role of Vanessa Thompkins in a TV show, “Bernie Mac Show” not only has the talent for acting. She also sings well and plays the piano!!

Camille started featuring in television series from the age of four and didn't look back afterward. Her first breakthrough, however, came with her role in "Bernie Mac Show, "which she got when she was eleven.

“The Bernie Mac Show”

The "Bernie Mac Show" earned Camille her highest career nominations; it also won her the NAACP Image Awards as well as the Young Artist Awards.

Nessa was the oldest of the three children of Bernie Mac, who he took under his custody after his sister went into rehab. Her character was that of a teenager with an attitude. Camille played the role remarkably until she was 16.

As the eldest child, Nessa had the responsibility of looking after her younger brother and sister, Jordan and Bryana.

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL LIFE

Camille Winbush, now 28, has built a career for herself in the movie industry as a result of her outstanding talent. Growing up, she learned how to play several musical instruments, especially the piano.

Her love for music kept her at the top of her singing game. She is now a recording artist and also a gymnast as she loved sports while growing up.

Camille had starred in a series of movies and dramas and the most prominent ones are, “The Bernie Mac Show,” “The secret life of the American Teenager,” and “The Choir” where she featured as Miriam.

The actress managed to play a role in one episode of “Grey’s Anatomy.” As a result of her amazing voice, she had featured as a voice actress like in the animation series titled “Recess.”

In 2012, Camille gave a performance of a lifetime, second to none. A Youtube video from February 2012 showed Camille performing on stage at the Love is Respect Gala, Los Angeles.

Her performance attracted the most cheers from the audience, and Youtube users couldn’t say enough about her spectacular voice, with many concluding that “Camille Winbush was an angel”.
