Jeremy Vuolo Can't Get Enough of Baby Ivy as He Finally Meets Her in a Sweet New Photo

Jeremy Vuolo finally meets Ivy Jane, the two-week-old child Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald brought into the world.

The “Counting On” star revealed the great excitement he felt when he met the little baby, and through a post on his Instagram account on Tuesday night he shared a photo of himself while holding the sleeping child in his arms.

The expression of tenderness with which Jeremy sees little Ivy in the photo melted the hearts of fans and caused hundreds of reactions on social media. "Nice to meet you, Ivy Jane," Vuolo subtitled the snapshot.

Baby Ivy was born on Sunday, May 26, just as her parents were preparing to attend church. Jessa explained that her water broke while she was still at home and about four hours later, they already had her newborn baby in her arms.

“After three and a half hours of labor, Ivy was born at 5:57 pm,” they continued. “Her due date was June 5th, and since both of our boys went five days past their due date, we thought we would go late again. We were so surprised when she came two weeks earlier than her brothers. We definitely weren’t expecting that!"

The couple then shared the exciting news on the Duggar Family website. "Ivy Jane Seewald was received in the world on Sunday, May 26. We were preparing to go to church when the water broke, and we were thinking "Well, I guess we have a change of plans!"

Fortunately, the recent parents can count on the help of Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo who had their first baby in July 2018. The "19 Kids and Counting" star had a beautiful girl named Felicity Nicole Vuolo who weighed 8 pounds and 3 ounces.

“God is so kind,” the couple wrote in a statement at the time. “Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well. We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents!”

Jinger and Vuolo were married in November 2016 and a year later announced that they were expecting their first child, in April 2018 they learned that the baby was a girl.

Jinger has always been considered by reality show fans as the rebellious girl in her family because she has always talked about her desire to live her own life despite being raised by her conservative family.
