He has three tips for people who are going through the same health challenge.
1. Seek help when you need it.
Orosco said one should not be ashamed of asking for help if they are struggling.
“People are there to help,” he said.
2. Be patient.
Achieving your desired weight does not happen overnight. There will be bumps along the way. This is why it is important to have a good amount of patience when embarking on a weight-loss journey.

3. Don’t be discouraged.
Some overweight individuals feel that they have a slim chance of getting in good shape. Discouraged, some just resigned themselves to their condition. But there remains a good chance of overcoming obesity.
Courage is an important attitude to have when you want to achieve your weight-loss goal. That losing weight takes hard work and time should also not discourage you.

Fitness tips are aplenty on the internet. But it takes a lot of research and self-awareness to find the right weight-loss plan.
But it has been noted that the most important factor in maintaining a healthy life is consistency.
This means committing to regular exercise. One only needs to follow the routine and keep doing it for a long period of time. It’s not so much the amount and intensity of the workout that can make a difference.
One suggested fitness routing is the 21-day walking plan that has proven to be effective for many individuals.
