"The what-ifs torture my spirit," Kim Goldman writes in memory of her late brother, Ron Goldman on his birthday, 25 years after his murder. The letter she pens comes in the heels of her latest claims of new evidence linking an acquitted OJ to the crime.

Ron Goldman, the man who was killed along with OJ Simpson’s ex-wife, Nicole Brown-Simpson would have turned 51 on July 3 and his sister remembered him with a heavy heart that day.

RON'S DEATH

Ron was brutally murdered 25 years ago. He was found dead alongside Nicole who had been stabbed to death like him in her Los Angeles home. He had stopped by the residence to return the sunglasses Nicole left at a restaurant where he was working as a waiter. Many suspected he discovered Nicole dead when he arrived and the person responsible killed him too.

Nicole’s ex-husband, OJ was later tried for their 1994 murder suspecting he killed them in a fit of jealousy but he was acquitted the following year. In a 1997 civil trial, he was found liable for Ron’s wrongful death which resulted in a $19.5 million award to Ron’s family.

"You would have turned 51 today - just insane to think about all of the years lost, absolutely breaks my heart."

HIS SISTER'S HEARTFELT LETTER ON HIS BIRTHDAY

Today, the wounds of that unfortunate day still haven’t healed for Ron’s sister, Kim Goldman, who penned a heartfelt letter on his birthday. On her Facebook page, she shared two images of her late brother, one when he was a baby and another at the prime of his life playing baseball.

Kim expressed her deepest sentiments over the loss of her brother in the message she wrote to accompany the images.

“Happy Birthday to my big brother. You would have turned 51 today - just insane to think about all of the years lost, absolutely breaks my heart,” she began.

"The what-if's torture my spirit, so instead I will focus on your smile, your zest for life, your kindness, the memories of us growing up, our talks, our laughs, our tears ... I will focus on the tremendous adoration and respect I have for you.”

Kim continues by saying she will keep Ron’s memory alive by remembering what his hugs felt to her, “cuz I sure could use one,” she concludes.

Kim remains committed in proving OJ’s guilt and in fact, revealed recently through the podcast that new evidence has emerged linking OJ to the murder.

KIM'S CONTINUED FIGHT FOR THE TRUTH

Kim has been actively revisiting her brother’s murder in a podcast called “Confronting: OJ Simpson.” She’s been speaking to people connected to the famous trial that acquitted OJ questioning how a powerful case against the former football star led by his “Dream Team” could lose.

Kim remains committed in proving OJ’s guilt and in fact, revealed recently through the podcast that new evidence has emerged linking OJ to the murder.

"He's revered in Las Vegas and now to see the response that he's getting on Twitter, it’s hard.”

Tom Lange, a lead detective in the case revealed Nicole’s stolen house keys were discovered in OJ on the night he was arrested after the murders. This bit of evidence was never used during the trial.

ON OJ LIVING THE LIFE

Kim is frustrated that OJ is living the life today in his home in Las Vegas while Ron’s murder remains unsolved with OJ seemingly the obvious suspect.

“I feel anxious again and it's hard. It's just you know, he's living a very large life,” she told Good Morning America. "He's revered in Las Vegas and now to see the response that he's getting on Twitter, it’s hard.”

Kim is referring to OJ’s newly installed Twitter account which he said will be used to clear his name. He’s been sharing clips of his commentaries about certain issues and has gained hundreds of thousands of followers already.

Life definitely seems unfair for Kim who lost a brother without knowing why or who was responsible while the man assumed to have taken her brother’s life was convicted for another crime - armed robbery, served jail time, and still gets to live like a star after his release.
