Joe Mantegna’s Daughter Shares Hilarious Video Walking with Dad on the Street Named after Him
Hollywood's famous, Joe Mantegna features in a humorous clip his daughter, Gia Mantegna uploaded.
It was a bit of a father-daughter bonding period for the veteran actor, and his daughter. His daughter could not curtail her happiness as she made funny sounds in the video while they walked passed a street named after her pops.
That was not all, the post captioned, "the best bar in Chicago," revealed that the duo had a fun time chilling in a bar named River Shannon.
It appears the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and apart from spending time together as a family, the duo shares a similarity in career choice.
While her dad appears to be a seasoned actor, and have featured in movies and crime dramas, he even played the role of David in "Criminal Minds," Gia has also threaded in her father's footsteps. She has a career in acting, and even earned a role in one of CBS's dramas, "Criminal Minds."
The young actress has nothing but love for her father and has shown how much he influenced her. But asides from family love, Joe has also been recognized by the city of Chicago. This recognition came in the form of a street sign between Armitage and Hudson.
The actor's contribution to the city earned him the honor. While he was in the Organic Theatre in Chicago, he helped create the "Bleachers Bum," which recorded a massive success as an off-Broadway production.
He even acquired some theatrical skills from Goodman School Of Drama, Chicago. The TV star came into the limelight after starring in "Glengarry Glen Ross" which earned him a Tony award!
Acting is not the only thing that interests the "Criminal Minds" star as he co-runs his wife's restaurant "Taste Chicago."
While being a dedicated and supportive husband, he is also a good father. He not only inspired one of his daughters but two! While Gia is in the movie industry, his other girl, Mia who is autistic, is also in the industry as a makeup artist.
The loving father devoted his time to helping his daughter by providing sound education. He explained that with Mia's condition, his perspective on the disability changed, and he has grown to support the cause, and aid enlightenment to others.
The family appears to be doing great, and it is glaring the girls are grateful to their father, no wonder Gia seemed all excited in daddy's company!
