According to the court, the website of Missguided has whole pages devoted to marketing and knocking off clothes inspired by Kim.

The specific offense is they're using photographs of the socialite to make it appear to purchasers she's related with the brand.

The court awarded Kim a default judgment in light of the fact that Missguided USA never reacted to her claim.

The court has likewise permanently blocked the brand from using the star's trademarks.
