Cosby was convicted as a sexually violent predator in September as a result of a case filed by Andrea Constand who claimed the television host drugged and assaulted her in his home back in 2004. Dozens of other women have also accused the star of abuse.
Cosby appealed his conviction in June on the basis of the lack of credible evidence linking him to his alleged crime. Back in December, he also filed an appeal with the lower court and more recently, with the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
