Bill Cosby may have a busier prison schedule than we imagined if the latest reports are anything to go by. The actor/comedian is said to be passing on some life lessons and tips to fellow inmates.

According to TMZ, Cosby’s rep, Andrew Wyatt, confirmed that the disgraced star, who is serving a three-ten year sentence for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, now gives up to four lectures per week in prison.

Wyatt said Cosby has been holding these lectures for about three months and sometimes has up to hundreds of inmates as an audience.

'These are the types of men he [Bill Cosby] has wanted to get his messages across to for years...'

Cosby’s life classes reportedly involve him encouraging fellow prisoners to be exemplary fathers; build and repair their relationships with their kids and stay out of prison in the future.

With his long-running ‘80s/‘90s sitcom, “The Cosby Show,” the 81-year-old earned an “All-American dad” reputation thanks to his character Cliff Huxtable, and now it appears he’s running with that narrative behind bars.

Wyatt claimed Cosby is also offering practical tips on how to ace post-prison job interviews for inmates set for parole, as well as how to stay away from drugs and remain clean in the outside world.

Cosby reportedly punctures his sessions with comedy, and according to Wyatt:

“These are the types of men he [Bill Cosby] has wanted to get his messages across to for years, and now he has a totally captive audience."

While inmates may be excited to glean life tips from Bill Cosby as Wyatt claims, the same cannot be said for the audience on the other side.

A Father’s Day message was posted to the comedian’s Twitter account over the weekend, and it sparked an intense backlash. The tweet, accompanied by an old clip of Cosby discussing the effect of slavery and mass incarceration on black homes, read:

“Hey, Hey, Hey...It’s America’s Dad...I know it’s late, but to all of the Dads... It’s an honor to be called a Father, so let’s make today a renewed oath to fulfilling our purpose —strengthening our families and communities.”

Wyatt told USA Today that Cosby dictated the message, but the actor may not have envisaged the extent of public outrage his “message” would attract.

“Just remember... don't drink anything ‘Dad’ gives us,” wrote one Twitter user, an apparent jab at the crime Cosby is convicted of.

“Cool, Bill!” another added. “Pro Tip: One awesome way to make our communities stronger would be to not drug and rape people in the community. The more you know!”
