Jordin Sparks, Husband Dana, Son DJ 'Nailed It' with Their Smiles in Adorable Family Pic

It's been more than a year since Jordin Sparks welcomed her son with husband Dana Isaiah Sr., and it's been quite a ride for the family of three. Now with a little toddler in tow, the happy couple shared an adorable family photo of themselves for the rest of the world to see.

During one of their trips outdoors, Jordin, Dana, and DJ snapped a quick selfie. Of course, all three of them gave their best smiles for the photo. While it seems like such a normal photo, Dana says that it's probably the "most parent" photo they've ever taken.

A Different Kind of Photo

"THE most parent like picture we've taken yet. Starting to feel like my dad."

If you look at both Dana and Jordin's Instagram feeds, you'll see that it's true. Most of the photos and videos they have of his little boy are all photos of their trio having fun, enjoying different activities together.

This is the first family photo they took of all of them smiling naturally at the camera, for a quick selfie.

Welcoming DJ

Jordin and Dana welcomed their son Dana Isaiah Jr. on May 2, 2018. According to the 29-year-old American Idol winner, giving birth was such an emotional experience for her.

"When I was going to different places and different universes with the contractions, he was right there in my ear or rubbing my back," she shared.

An Emotional Birth

It was also such an emotional ride for Dana, who received their child when Jordin went into the tub to have a water delivery.

"I finished out the contractions on the bed and then we went to the tub. When it was time to push, Dana received him."

When they finally had him in their arms, the overjoyed parents "cried like babies."

A year after such a lifechanging moment in their lives, Jordin, Dana, and DJ are enjoying every single day as a small family, and fans are thrilled to see bits and pieces of their everyday adventures.
