John Stamos Shares a Photo with Son Billy and Ringo Starr
John Stamos shared a photo of himself and his son, Billy, hanging out with Ringo Starr, and he accompanied it with a valuable lesson.
John Stamos of “Fuller House,” shared on Instagram a photo of himself and his son, Billy, hanging out with Ringo Starr at the Ravinia Festival.
The actor carried his little boy who wore a blue shirt and brown trousers, while Starr stood beside the two with his right hand in a peace sign.
Stamos wrote in the accompanying caption,
“Billy and I had the great honor of spending time with the #SuperNova, @RingoStarr. His mantra #PeaceandLove is needed more in the world together than yesterday.”
The actor ended the caption with another hashtag that had the words, “Enough is Enough,” making it clear that he supports those who preach the mantra, and do not spread hate.
Stamos is also a firm believer in the unity and oneness of the American people. In July, he said that it was time for Americans to reflect on what it meant to be one, and on the significance of family.
The TV actor is big on family, and at the time he made the statement, he was in Washington DC to host the “A Capitol Fourth” musical concert in celebration of America’s independence, with Billy, and his wife, Caitlin McHugh.
Stamos and McHugh met for the first time in 2011 on the set of “Law and Order: SVU,” but he didn’t feel a connection with her until he met her again as a member of the audience on the set of “Fuller House,” in 2015.
They started dating, and two years after, the actor proposed at Disneyland. He shared the news of the engagement on Instagram, and two months later, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together.
Stamos has always wanted to be a father, and he once said that not getting the chance to be one would be the greatest tragedy of his life. The disaster got averted when he met McHugh, and he sees his wife as a “Graceful, Kind, and gentle soul.”
The “General Hospital” star and his model-actress wife got married in 2018 at his home in Beverly Hills, and in June, they put the two-bedroom property on the market for $5.8 million.
Stamos said he bought the house as a bachelor, but got to have his child, wedding, and start a new phase in his life there. Although it was time to let it go, the first time dad said the property held a part of him than anywhere he’s ever lived.
Despite the sentimental value, the California resident knew it was time to let it go, as he was able to because he would always have with him, the best parts of his life, Billy and McHugh.
