Apart from being the American President, Trump is also famous for his consistency in calling out whoever he wishes via his social media.

The mother of two maintained that although she is aware of the incessant bashings of other individuals by the President via Twitter, she didn't think she'd find herself in that kind of situation. She said:

"Trump just goes on these rants…. You just wait for him to say something, but you don't think it's gonna be you...We all wait for our day to come, and mine happened to be on Sunday."

Her expression was tagged to the tweet the President put up insinuating that her husband's music lacked credibility and that she had a "filthy" mouth.

The "Lip Sync Battle" anchor admitted that in the course of the online ranting from the President, she got a bit emotional but laughed the situation out with her man.

Although Teigen got to know about the tweet after receiving screenshots from her friends, she explained that she nearly couldn't believe it. She said:

" My heart stopped because at that moment you know you're about to just get the wildest group of people ever."

The couple sought for ways to handle the situation and still managed to get a good laugh out of it.

Trump's tweet was fueled by the anger he felt against notable individuals who didn't concern themselves with commending the President's move on the criminal reform policy. His tweets read:

"...musician @johnlegend, and his filthy mouthed wife, are talking now about how great it is - but I didn’t see them around when we needed help getting it passed."

The "All Of You" crooner in an interview with MSNBC aired his views on the current reform which enabled the release of more than 3,000 prisoners after it was passed in 2018.

John was quick to commend the intricacies of the reform but not the person who passed the bill. He also commented on the President's chastisement for gratitude.

The father of two called out the First Lady to placate her man, and show him some appreciation. His tweet read:

"Imagine being a president of a whole country and spending your Sunday hate-watching MSNBC hoping somebody--ANYBODY--will praise you. Melanie, please praise this man. He needs you."

The couple was not alone, other twitter users, including celebrities, joined in the mix, making fun of the President.

The model, however, said that she and her beau are still searching for a perfect response, as she had reached a point where she does not intend to sound offensive.
