Hoping not to spoil anything about the movie, Wendy simply says:
"That will play out in my Lifetime movie, okay?"
The Beginning of the Hookup Rumor
The rumor came about after Williams mocked Lil Kim's plastic surgery on "The Wendy Williams Show," and the rapper retaliated by revealing Williams had an affair with Lil Kim's ex-boyfriend, Notorious BIG, also known as Biggie Smalls.
Wendy Williams' Lifetime biopic is set to reveal the ins and outs of her controversial life, which took a drastic turn when she divorced ex-husband Kevin Hunter.
While the Notorious BIG controversy happened way back in 2013, Wendy would face controversy after that.
Wendy's Tough Past
Aside from suffering from Graves Disease that had the talk show host going on a hiatus, she also had to deal with her husband's alleged mistress and child out of wedlock.
After rumors circulated of Hunter's mistress and child, Williams called it quits and filed for divorce.

Now, her biopic will look into her journey from when she started on the radio until she found success through her controversial talk show.
Ultimately, the biopic aims to show the strength, determination, and resilience that Wendy has shown through the years, despite everything she had to endure in the past.
The film is set to be released in 2020, and is produced by Williams and Will Packer, the man behind hit comedy movie "Girls Trip."
