'Hustlers' Actress J-Lo Says Son Max Will Walk Her down the Aisle during Wedding to A-Rod

Jennifer Lopez confirms that her son Max will be giving her away during her wedding to Alex Rodriguez while admitting the lack of concrete plans for their affair.

There’s not much we know about the wedding plans of Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez. The couple has been mum about it since announcing their engagement in March though they’ve been dropping hints from time to time.

WHAT ALEX KNOWS

Earlier this month, Alex clued us in on the venue of the affair during his appearance on “Strahan, Sara, and Keke.”

“One wedding clue,” he teased. “It’s gonna be a long flight.”

Alex added that he was as much in the dark as most of us.

"When you think about wedding plans and Jennifer is your partner, all you do is -- you do a lot of nodding. I don't know where the location is, I don't know what I'm wearing, I don't know when it is. I'll just show up."

Apart from foreseeing himself crying at the wedding and performing the traditional first dance, he also revealed that the guest-list will be “all-inclusive,” suggesting that their exes were invited. “The more the merrier,” he claimed.

WHAT JENNIFER CONFIRMS

But a few days later, Jennifer spoke up and made some contradictions telling Entertainment Tonight that there are no plans sealed in stone. “He’s just saying things,” she told the publication about her fiance’s revelations.

"We're talking about it, but we don't have any firm plans... and we're talking about a lot of places [to get married in], but I don't know yet,” she vaguely shares and also admitted that a date hasn’t been set.

However, amidst the uncertainty, there was one particular detail about the wedding that Jennifer was certain of. She revealed that her son Max would be walking her down the aisle.

“Of course,” she said when asked if her 11-year-old son would be giving her away.

Max is the 50-year-old's son with her former husband, Marc Anthony. Max has a twin sister, Emme who will most likely also be part of the entourage along with Alex’s two daughters, Natasha and Ella.

It’s impossible not to assume that their children will play major roles in the wedding considering how blended their family has become. A source told People that the couple “did a great job” in melding their families from the start.

"The kids are amazing together. And they have wanted Jennifer and Alex to get married for a long time. They will all definitely be a huge part of the wedding,” the source said.
