TMZ: Kevin Hart Sued for $60M by 2017 Intercourse Tape Partner Weeks after Car Crash
Just weeks after a near-fatal car crash, Kevin Hart is being sued for a whopping $60 million by a woman whom he was caught with on an explicit video back in 2017.
In a new lawsuit filed by Montia Sabbag, she claims that in 2017, Hart and his friend J.T. Jackson conspired to film their encounter because of an upcoming comedy tour.
Sabbag says that Hart and his friend Jackson, who was arrested for extortion, hid the camera in the room while they had sex to get more exposure for their upcoming gigs.

Alleged Extortion
According to Hart, he was not aware that they were being filmed, and Jackson was arrested for trying to get money from Hart to keep the tape private.
In September 2017, Sabbag filed a case against Hart and Jackson for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy. Now, she adds to this lawsuit by charging Hart with conspiracy, not believing that he was unaware that they were being filmed at the time.
Kevin's Near-Fatal Car Crash
All this comes just a couple of weeks after Kevin Hart suffered a near-fatal car crash in Malibu Hills, where his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda crashed into a fence. The accident severely injured him and Jared Black, his friend who was driving the car at the time.
Hart underwent emergency surgery, where doctors fused three areas around his spine. Since then, he's had difficulty walking, and will need to undergo physical therapy for a while until his full recovery.
