TMZ: 'Clueless' Star Stacey Dash Claimed Her Husband and His 3 Kids Conspired to Get Her Arrested in 911 Call

Stacey Dash claims her husband and her three stepchildren conspired to have her arrested for domestic violence.

On Sunday, September 29, 2019, 911 received a distress call from a woman claiming she was being mistreated by her husband.

The woman was none other than "Clueless" actress Stacey Dash, but when Police arrived at the scene, Dash was the one placed under arrest.

STACY DASH CLAIMS HUSBAND AND STEPCHILDREN CONSPIRED AGAINST HER

Dash's husband, attorney Jeffrey Marty showed the police scratches on his arms he alleged were made by his wife, and his three children - aged 15, 14 and 10 - corroborated his story.

In the 911 call, Dash told the operator that her husband was a lawyer and knew exactly what to say to the authorities.

THE INCIDENT THAT LED TO STACY DASH'S ARREST

According to Dash, the incident occurred when she was trying to get her 15-year-old stepdaughter to do her homework.

“We were all arguing, I asked his daughter to get out of my face, she was in my face. I pushed her back and he put me into a chokehold,” she said.

As for the injuries on her husband's arms which got her arrested for assault, Dash claims that they were self-inflicted to cover up his own brutal treatment of her.

“They’re just talking with each other about how to put me in jail. He’s taking pictures of scratches on his arm that I did not put there. But I have red marks on my neck (...) They’re just talking with each other about how to put me in jail,” Dash told the dispatcher.

STACY DASH'S HUSBAND BAILED HER OUT

Dash was taken to Land O’ Lakes detention center and later released on a $500 bond when her husband bailed her out.

Marty is Dash's fourth husband. The actress was previously married three times: to producer Brian Lovell, British executive James Maby, and actor Emmanuel Xeureb.

Dash has two children: son Austin, 28, from her relationship with singer Christopher Williams; and Lola, 16, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Lovell.
