Kate Middleton's younger sister Pippa did not let pregnancy come in the way of her fitness regime. Instead, the 36-year-old found ways to stay fit and active during her pregnancy that involves exercise and workouts.

Pippa shared her fitness routine during pregnancy with the readers of her fitness column for Waitrose Weekend last year. This year, she revealed that she has a new gym companion who is only 11 months old.

PIPPA'S LITTLE GYM BUDDY

In her fitness column, Pippa shared how little Arthur stays fit by going to a baby gym. The proud mother ensures that her little one is involved in plenty of physical activities.

“Now that Arthur is 11 months old and more mobile, I have been trying to come up with different activities to do with him,” she wrote in the blog.

THE SAVING GRACE

Pippa did not just want to walk her baby around some park in the parm so she went ahead and looked for ways to involve Arthur in different physical activities.

It was then that Pippa came across her local baby gym, which she dubs as her "saving grace." According to Pippa, the gym is baby-friendly in every way and physically engages toddlers and babies.

"It’s a big space full of fun, soft objects, play mats, stairs, balls, swings, mini trampolines and more to stimulate and physically engage babies and toddlers.”

In addition to the physical activities, the gym also engages babies in structured activities that "help promote movement, balance and strength.”

ARTHUR IS A WATERBABY

Just like his mother, Arthur enjoys his swimming sessions. Pippa thinks water activity is "a great form of exercise you can do with your baby.”

Previously, Pippa shared how swimming helped her stay in shape during pregnancy. "From personal experience, I’d confidently say I find it has been the most enjoyable and rewarding form of exercise since I found out I was expecting,” she shared.
