Amy Duggar shared an adorable photo of her baby Daxton in a woven basket on Instagram: “We now have more love than we could have ever dreamed of.”

Proud mama, Amy Duggar King, shared a cute photo of her newborn son, Daxton, sleeping in a basket placed in a lovely setup.

Daxton, who was asleep, had a series of photos of his mother’s ultrasound behind him, leading to his birth.

King captioned the post:

“2 weeks earthside this week!! We now have more love than we could have ever dreamed of!”

The new mom recalled taking photos of the nursery set up even before baby Daxton was born and couldn’t believe that he is finally within arms reach.

WELCOMING BABY DAXTON

King and her husband Dillon welcomed their firstborn on October 9 this year. The 32-year-old delivered the healthy baby boy weighing 7lbs and 8oz via C-section.

The couple’s photographer Loren Bullard revealed that it was a “smooth and easy delivery” and that “both mom and baby are great and healthy!”

Baby Daxton was welcomed with utmost joy and warmth by his parents and the entire Duggar clan, who congratulated the new mom after her delivery.

JILL DUGGAR VISITS DAXTON

Among those who visited Daxton at the hospital was his aunt Jill Duggar Dillard, who posted snaps of their first encounter on social media. She wrote:

“Welcome to the world Daxton Ryan King!! @amyrachelleking @kingdillpickle So excited for y’all! Thanks for letting me pop in earlier and snatch some baby snuggles!”

The “Counting On” star shared a close-up snap of the newborn’s face and another one with her holding him. Similarly, King posted a photo on Instagram of her little family, moments after giving birth.

KING EXPLAINS HER HAPPINESS OVER FIRSTBORN

King and her husband announced that they were expecting a child in June and couldn’t meet their bundle of joy. She told PEOPLE:

“I’ve always wanted to be a boy mom! Dillon builds lifted trucks, so I can just imagine how suped-up the Power Wheels will be. We just can’t wait for this little ball of energy to arrive!”

Family and fans of the reality star have since been supportive of the mom, showing their love through comments on King’s Instagram posts.

The couple is equally grateful for the amount of love they have received throughout their journey, and are still in a state of overjoy after having their son.
