The Beginning of Halloween
He then begins to share that his team asked him to visit their office to officially light the pumpkin. He then turns on the light, and the pumpkin shows Harvey's face carved in it.
Harvey then slaps the top of the pumpkin, saying: "that's how my head sounds when I hit it. Happy Halloween."
A Humorous Distraction
Keeping the video light and humourous, Steve did not mention anything about the issue that his daughter is currently entangled in.

Lori Harvey's Run-In with the Law
Lori Harvey was arrested after a hit-and-run incident, where she fled the scene on foot. The Beverly Hills Police Department reveals that the model crashed her car into a parked vehicle on Sunday. Unaware of what to do, she fled the scene on foot and left her car parked beside the one she hit.
The accident happened at around 9:48 PM on Moreno Drive in Los Angeles, and unfortunately for Harvey, a witness saw her fleeing the scene and identified her to the police.
Lori's Arrest and Court Case
Beverly Hills Police Lieutenant Elisabeth Albanese revealed that Lori abandoned her overturned car illegally, which was why she was cuffed the moment she was found.
"Harvey left the scene of the collision without providing her information or contacting police as required by law, and caused a delay in the police investigation."
Ultimately, she was issued a citation for misdemeanor hit-and-run and obstructing/delaying a police officer. She is set to appear in court on January 21, 2020.
