Val Chmerkovskiy Hits Back at Kanye West after Rapper Seemingly Shades DWTS in New Song 'Oh God'

Val Chmerkovskiy addresses Kanye West's lyrics, which take aim at being a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars." The professional dancer created a video mocking Kim Kardashian for her appearance on the show.

Shortly after the release of Kanye West's highly anticipated album, "Jesus is King," the internet was buzzing over the lyrics for his song, "On God." The track ends with him saying:

"That's why I charge the prices that

I charge I can't be out here dancin' with the stars

No, I cannot let my family starve

I go hard, that's on God"

Not taking a liking to the negative lyrics about the show, Val Chmerkovskiy, who has won "Dancing with the Stars" twice, responds to West's song.

He posted a video on Instagram and uses the title to Drakes song, "In My Feelings" as his caption. It is reported, the song was supposedly written by Drake as a diss track directed at West.

"That new Ye album got me in my feelings.. #kanyewest #yeezy #dwts #beefstronganoff #shotsfired #drake #dontatme #lol"

In the video, a shirtless Chmerkovskiy starts of singing along to the song, "On God" until it mentions "Dancing with the Stars."

He jokingly pulls a confused face and the video goes on to show images of Kim Kardashian dancing with Mark Ballas, in 2008.

After showing several pictures of Kim to remind West that his wife competed on the show he is now slamming, he says at the end of the video:

"Yo, Kanye, keep talking that smack about Dancing with the Stars, man. You gonna catch this diss track… With some rhinestones on it."

Many fans are enjoying Chmerkovskiy's response to the song. Clearly siding with him in the fued, one fan writes:

???? you tell him Val!!!

This is awesome ???, another fan says.

The hilarious video has received over 100 000 views, in a follow up picture Chmerkovskiy pokes fun at his own facial expressions from the video, he jokes:

"Face you make when your stories be straight flamin the feed... #stillcute"

The possible feud between West and Chmerkovskiy has many fans egging him to release a diss track directed at West.

While West's jab takes direct aim at the show, the rapper could also be taking aim at his former brother in-law, Lamar Odom, who competed on the show this year, for season 28.
