As she arrived in Morocco, Ivanka Trump stepped off from her long flight from Washington D.C. wearing a traditional embroidered gray suit.
Assuming her role as the White House special advisor, Ivanka Trump arrived in Rabat, Morocco to promote the Women's Global Development and Prosperity Initiative. Commenting on her friendly welcome from the princess, she says:
"Thank you to Her Royal Highness Lalla Meryem for a warm welcome to Morocco! ????"
Ivanka's traditional look is her second outfit change since she left the United States. Braving the cold weather, she left for her flight in Virginia dressed warmly.
Wearing a $2380 double-breasted trench coat by Gabriela Hearst Armonia, Manolo Blahnik pumps and a burgundy turtleneck underneath her coat, she set off for her trip.
Princess Lalla Meryem wasn't the only person welcoming her to their country, some locals have taken social media to welcome Ivanka, one commenter says:

"Proud that Ivanka Trump has chosen to wear my creations when visiting Morocco."
Ivanka coordinated her suit jacket with matching pants and heels. Showing off her now signature short bob, she kept her make-up neutral and only accessorized with a pair of hoop earrings.
Princess Lalla Meryem also chose to wear a pants suit and opted for a bright orange, with a red bow collar shirt and black heels.
Upon Ivanka's arrival it is reported, the women were given a traditional Moroccan welcome and offered milk and dates to eat.
Following her host's lead, Ivanka sipped milk out of a colourful ornate saucer and ate one of the dates presented to her in a large mound.
After the welcome snack, the women sat down to enjoy a traditional tea and discussed Ivanka promoting the Women's Global Development and Prosperity Initiative in Morocco.
According to Daily Mail Ivanka will return to the United States on November 8. Her visit to Morocco is the third overseas trip she has taken this year to help advance the economic empowerment of women in developing countries.
