In honor of current and former members of the military, Melania Trump joined President Donald Trump for the Veterans Day Parade, in New York.

"We remember & honor our men & women in uniform who defend our freedoms & protect our Nation. God Bless our Veterans! #veteransday2019," the First Lady tweets.

Sitting behind a glass bulletproof screen, Melania could be seen wearing an all-black ensemble. She was styled in a knee length black coat, with large buttons.

The coat was military inspired, with a large collar and square pockets on the front. The detailed gold buttons ran across the front of her coat and along its sleeves.

She accessorized her look with a pair of square sunglasses, and black leather gloves. Going for her go to heal, she wore a pair of black BB Pump heels, with the retail price starting at $625 at Nordstrom.

"Every season I explore and aim to achieve the perfect shape and cut for my court shoe. I first designed the 'BB,'" designer Manolo Blahnik says about his shoe.

"[BB], which is named after Brigitte Bardot, one of my greatest inspirations, in 2008 and it became a classic. It's a good shoe for every occasion."

Adding a bit of color to her look, she kept her make-up simple with a smokey eye and bright pink lip. Despite having a million-dollar jewellery collection she was seen sitting on stage without any jewellery.

As she braves the cold weather, black seems to be her go to look. On Saturday when she accompanied President Trump to watch the Alabama-LSU game in Alabama, Melania wore another statement black coat.
