The first daughter of the United States is not one to disappoint with her choice of outfit, and this week, she made a statement in a turtleneck sweater, green jacket, and black skirt, a combination that was quick to set the trend in the world of fashion.

The 38-year-old donned a green, long-sleeved jacket over white, turtleneck sweater with a gold pendant to complete the stylish appearance.

The jacket sported two hip pockets with similar green flaps on either side. A black maxi skirt worn below the combination did the trick, making the mother-of-three appear like a style icon.

Ivanka’s blonde hair was parted at the center, and packed neatly on the nape of her neck, matching the aura of her perfect smile and rosy lipstick.

The Georgetown University alumnus wore the outfit to a White House meeting with an escaped victim of human trafficking, to discuss ways of sensitizing the public, and possibly bring an end to the cruel practice.

Houston’s ABC 13 captured moments from the meeting, also taking to Twitter to share photos of the victim, Courtney Litvak, and other attendees, including Ivanka.

The human-trafficking survivor was honored to have the audience, and support of the first daughter, in a meeting also graced by Congressman Michael McCaul, and Courtney’s mother, Kelly Litvak. The trio came under the auspices of Childproof America, an organization that kicks against sex-trafficking.

The former victim revealed that she fell victim to human traffickers in high school, and spent the next two years of her life being peddled and sex-trafficked around the United States. She escaped eventually, but the spoils of her past have subjected her to a slow, painful healing process.

Following her plight, she resolved to stand up for others who were still victims, and be the voice that creates awareness about the prevalence of human trafficking in every reach of the state. Thankfully, Ivanka was on hand to lend her a listening ear and some fashion previews.

Earlier in the week, the fashionista flew to Austin in a tan suit, paired with matching top and pointy-toed heels. She also wore a tan coat over the ensemble to suit the Austin weather during the visit, as she, along with her dad and husband, got set for a tour of the Apple’s Mac Pro manufacturing plant.

Of course, she looked chic as always, and easily became the cynosure of all eyes as she stepped out of her Washington home.
