Meghan Thee Stallion Shares Video of the 'Hot Girl Summer' Rapper Surprises Her Grandma with a Brand New Car

The "Hot Girl summer" crooner, Megan Thee Stallion, leaves her grandma in tears after she surprised her with her dream car.

Breakthrough star Megan Thee Stallion went all out in this season of giving. The rapper surprised her grandma with an early Christmas present at Central Houston Cadillac in Midtown.

In a video posted by the Houston native on Instagram, Megan is seen arriving at a car dealership with her grandma, who was oblivious of the impending surprise.

The duo began to walk in the direction of a white truck decorated with a big red bow. The grandma, on realizing the car was hers, stopped dead in her tracks and screamed.

She ran to the car, opened the door, stomped her feet a few times, and burst into happy tears before the video ended. The rapper took to the caption to say that her 'nanny' was deserving of this gift. The rapper told her fans on Instagram,

"Surprised my nanny with the brand new truck she had been wishing for!"

The "Hot Girl Summer" singer explained in her caption that her grandma had gotten her everything she needed as a child and taught her the vital lesson of kindness.

She shared that her grandma wasn't only generous to her but also everyone she met. Megan continued,

"She[literally] bought me everything in every color as a child ? and she taught me the importance of always being kind,"

The rapper relayed her love for her grandma and promised to do more. The emotional post garnered over 24000 comments, many of which were applauding the rapper for her generosity.

The rapper has had no holds barred since last year when she released her Tina Show EP. The rapper who began writing her raps from age 16 was the first female to get signed on board the 300 entertainment label.

Megan has remained unstoppable this year. She achieved her first entry on Billboard Hot 100 at No. 99 with her single "Big Ole Freak." That was just the tip of the iceberg as in August, the rapper released the single "Hot Girl Summer," featuring rappers Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla Sign.

The song, an ode to her viral "hot girl summer" meme came about after an Instagram Live session between the two rappers. The song gained commercial success peaking at no. 11 on the Billboards top 100.

The 24-year-old has been getting several affirmative nods for her hard work. She made the "Time Next 100" list and was recently included in Forbes 30 under 30.
