Kylie Jenner Sings 'Rise and Shine' Alongside Friend Justin Bieber at Holiday Party

Thanks to Justin Bieber's prodding, Kylie Jenner delivered a live performance of her viral hit, "Rise and Shine." A video of that moment also revealed Justin and Jaden Smith's hilarious reaction.

Kylie Jenner once joked that the next time she sings her viral hit, “Rise and Shine,” she’ll ask to be paid. However, as we recently witnessed in a clip that’s going viral, that she sang it again for free to the delight of her audience. As an added bonus, Justin Bieber sang it with her.

Justin cued her in by singing it himself first then encouraged her to deliver her original version.

Kylie’s three-word song first came to attention when she sang it as a sweet way to wake up her daughter, Stormi and captured it on a video posted on her YouTube channel.

As with everything the reality star does these days, it became an instant hit with fans creating memes and even using the phrase on merchandise.

The song has since been a Kylie trademark. She sang it again during her recent Christmas party for her Kylie Cosmetics team. She joked then that the next time she sings it, she wants to get paid.

But due to Justin’s prodding recently at his and his wife, Hailey Baldwin’s charity auction where they were also joined by Jaden Smith, the 22-year-old mom obliged.

Justin cued her in by singing it himself first then encouraged her to deliver her original version. “Once,” the “Love Yourself” singer requested. Kylie gamely approached the mic and performed.

The crowd went wild as she stepped away and Justin and Jaden jumped in excitement. It's “…the duet I never knew I needed,” Alyssa Bailey tweeted along with a clip of the rare live performance.

Kylie was a guest at Justin’s art gallery auction which was staged for the benefit of LIFT Los Angeles and Inner City Art. Apart from that surprise duet, attendees were treated to Jaden and Justin’s performance of their hit collaboration, “Never Say Never.” Justin likewise rendered a few of his popular songs

It was reportedly a star-studded affair. Kylie’s mother, Kris Jenner came in a tuxedo dress. Kylie shared a photo of the two of them. The pic registered a contrast between Kylie’s white jumpsuit and Kris’s black ensemble.

She revealed in her caption that they were “locking down deals” which makes us wonder if they were discussing a possible collaboration between Kylie and Justin for a recorded “Rise and Shine” duet. That would certainly be a treat.
