Eva Marcille Reveals Daughter Marley Rae Doesn't Know Kevin McCall Is Her Biological Dad in Latest RHOA Episode

On a new episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," Eva Marcille reveals that her daughter Marley Rae does not know that Kevin McCall is her biological dad, and considers Eva's husband, Mike Sterling, as her dad.

On season 12 of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," the journey towards Marley Rae's name change was a controversial topic. Multiple times, Eva would refer to Kevin McCall as her child's "donor" rather than father, and now she opened up a bit more about their estranged relationship in the most recent episode of the show.

MICHAEL STERLING AS THE ONLY FATHER FIGURE IN MARLEY'S LIFE

It turns out, since their separation when Marley was two months old, he was never involved in her life by choice and by force. Regardless of what her daughter's birth certificate says, Marcille feels like Marley is her first child with husband Mike Sterling and that's what Marley thinks as well.

Eva Marcille made a decision to change her daughter's name to Marley Rae Sterling to provide her with the security of having a complete family.

While she was anxious that Kevin would contest the name change in court, he did not and instead just expressed his thoughts on social media.

MICHAEL STERLING'S LOVE FOR MARLEY

Since Marley grew up without McCall's presence in her life, the little girl always believed that Michael Sterling is her biological dad, and that's something she believes until this day.

Regardless of him not being her biological father though, Sterling has made it clear that he loves Marley deeply and would do anything for her. He once wrote a sweet note for her, saying:

"I just do the best I can every day hoping to provide the very best for you and working hard so that you have what you deserve – unconditional love, unbridled joy, endless possibilities, the capacity to explore your ambition, and the ability to chase your dreams. My number one. My baby. Marley Sterling."

A FRESH START

Eva Marcille made a decision to change her daughter's name to Marley Rae Sterling to provide her with the security of having a complete family. In fact, to completely cut off McCall from her life, she and the rest of her family purchased a brand new home in hopes of escaping from him and his stalking.

The family moved into a new home in Atlanta following threats from McCall, as he would allegedly circle around their house at times. Hoping to protect her children from that, they decided to move into an entirely new neighborhood where he couldn't find them.

Now, the Sterlings live in peace, and they enjoy every single day as a family of five.
