Niecy was the picture of class as she posed in the hallway of her hotel in her pink gown and white court shoes.
The actress hinted that she was on her way to the “Good Morning America” show in the post’s captioned and asked her followers to tune in to the show.
Before they watched the show, however, Niecy’s followers first completed the task of giving her post thousands of likes.
The “Claws” star’s post came some months after People revealed that she was splitting from her husband of eight years, Jay Tucker.
The shocking news became public three days after the couple celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary.
In the joint statement released on Niecy’s official Instagram page read:
“We believe in the beauty of truth. Always have. Our truth is that in this season of our lives, we are better friends than partners in marriage. Our union was such a gorgeous ride. And as we go our separate ways now, we feel fortunate for the love we share — present tense.”
BET added that the couple’s relationship had become intolerable due to the difficulty of living in different cities as well as pressures over her graphic sex scenes on the TNT show “Claws.”
It was also noted that the cosmetic surgery she underwent played a role in the eventual fallout of her and her husband.
A close source of the actress had revealed that Niecy had done surgeries so she could fit into her role for “Claws.”
Amid the marital drama, Seattle Times shared that the “When They See Us” actress had sold off her house which is located in the Bell Canyon area of Los Angeles.
The place, which was Niecy’s home for six years, was reportedly sold for $1.265 million.
