Alicia, who went by the name "Laura" was friendly to passengers and tried to engage them in conversations about themselves and their personal life. While some passengers were not too chatty, others were ok about opening up.

The highlight of the video was when Alicia and a passenger decided to create some magic by singing.

As Keys engaged in conversations with the passengers, she tried to give off hints about who she was. The singer referred to some of her hit songs such as "No One," "Girl on Fire," and "New York."

Despite all the hints dropped, some of the unsuspecting passengers could not guess who she was. While some passengers were quick to catch on with one saying: "Alicia? Just say it."

Most of the riders had fun with the singer. One opened up that he used to be in an acapella group back in college, the customer then sang a line of "Ave Maria." Another passenger who caught on to Alicia's disguise said:

"I rock with you heavy, especially because I'm nonbinary, when you use your platform to say something positive, I felt that heavy."
