Wendy Williams & NeNe Leakes Had Lunch & Went Shopping Together over the Weekend after RHOA Exit Drama

Wendy Williams and NeNe Leakes proved to the world that there's no drama between them in a new clip. It was taken as the women were headed for an afternoon of shopping and dining.

It was only a while back when Nene Leakes appeared to lose trust in her friend Wendy Williams after the latter publicized their private texts. But now it seems the two women have buried the hatchet completely as they bonded recently in a clip Wendy posted.

THE RECENT DRAMA BETWEEN THEM

NeNe questioned Wendy’s’ friendship after the host revealed on her show that NeNe texted her about quitting her reality series, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

The women recently spent time together and there were no traces of drama between them.

Wendy went on to tell her audience that NeNe had a secret that she couldn’t divulge but that drove her to tears. She also claimed she advised NeNe to stay on the show.

NeNe expressed her disappointment at Wendy’s pronouncements by wishing the talk show host kept their private texts private. However, she assured that they’ve spoken after and that she’s moving on from it. Wendy likewise assured her viewers that things between her and NeNe were cool.

THEIR FRIENDLY AFTERNOON

And it appears they weren't wasn’t lying. The women recently spent time together and there were no traces of drama between them. In fact, NeNe was in a pretty good mood when she took a video of the two of them revealing to Wendy’s followers that they were going to Bergdorf Goodman.

She panned the camera to Wendy who’s leaning on her and appeared tired. Her hair is disheveled and she’s wearing a pair of sunglasses. NeNe laughs as Wendy tells her friend, “I’m busy. Leave me alone.”

Wendy revealed In her caption for the clip which she posted that they spent that afternoon shopping and grabbing some food. She later posted a photo of what she ate - a piece of bread smothered with cheese.

NeNe also revealed to Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live” that she and Wendy were joined that day by her fellow RHOA housewife, Marlo Hampton. She said they shopped then had lunch. She disclosed that she had lunch twice that day. Her first lunch was with Andy then she joined the women for lunch too.

THEIR LONGTIME FEUD

Wendy and NeNe were at odds for a long time in the past. NeNe accused Wendy of dragging her in the mud several times on the "Hot Topics" segment of her show. Meanwhile, Wendy believed NeNe's popularity went to her head.

The two finally ended their feud in August. A month later, NeNe reappeared on Wendy's show after seven years. They revisited their feud and just laughed about it.
