Kandi Burruss has been spending some time with her family in Jamaica. In true Kandi fashion, she let her fans in on some of the action as she continues to enjoy an activity-filled holiday.

In an Instagram post published earlier this week, the American fast-rising songwriter gave a sneak peek into her vacation moves, showing pictures of her and her son Ace Wells Tucker at the famous Royalton Blue Waters.

The picture showed Kandi and ace enjoying some fun time in a pool, while mother and son also posed by the beach after a little splash. She captioned the snap,

"I finally got a much needed vacay! @acetucker is having a ball & so am I!"

Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker have had a pretty eventful week so far, touring Jamaica with their children — Riley, Ace, and Blaze.

Earlier this week as well, the mother of three showed off 6-month old Blaze, in an Instagram snap where the toddler looked every bit the diva in a green swimsuit and matching sunglasses.

Kandi recently had an ordeal with a woman who called her children "ugly."

Kandi Burruss has been in the news lately, most notably concerning her new spinoff from the flagship "Real Housewives of Atlanta" show.

The songwriter and reality star has been on the Housewives show sine 2009, appearing in several spinoffs since then. The latest of those, however, is already in the works.

According to a report, Kandi and husband Todd Tucker will headline a new Real Housewives spinoff titled, "Old Lady Gang." Bravo will produce the show, and it will be featuring Kandi and her husband's Castleberry Hill-based soul food restaurant.

As for the drama synonymous with Kandi and her cast-mates on "Real Housewives of Atlanta," it has also not been in short supply.

Kandi recently had an ordeal with a woman who called her children "ugly" after a couple of tense confrontations via text.

She narrated the experience to her fans, explaining that the woman took issue with her posting pictures of her children on social media and proceeding to call them "ugly."

Kandi's fans reportedly had her back, swarming social media to search for who the woman could be and sending Kandi herself a lot of encouragement to deal with her haters.
