SIX DEGREES INITIATIVE

Kevin, who is making use of his six degrees initiative to help flatten the curve has commended health workers who are actively ensuring that the outbreak is curtailed and the number of cases reduced to the barest minimum.

The Six Degrees Initiative, which started as a joke, has turned into a charitable organization that helps raise funds for those who are sick and require help.

Initially, Six Degrees was a trivia game set up to help people calculate their "six degrees of Kevin Bacon." A number that shows how one actor is connected to Kevin Bacon, who has quite a prolific acting career.

This initiative is what informed Kevin's urge for people to tag six other people when partaking in the stay home challenge.

KEVIN BACON'S WIFE

Kevin Bacon has the love and support of his wife of over three decades Kyra Sedgwick. The two who got married in 1988 are parents of two adorable children, Travis and Sosie Bacon.

The story and journey to how they began their love affair is one worthy of the big screens. After their initial meeting where the then 12-year-old Kyra felt the then 19-year-old Kevin was proud and a jerk, the two met again after ten years, and the chase began.

Not remembering their initial meeting, Kevin met Kyra again when she was 22 and started pursuing the beautiful actress he met on set. While Kevin tried all the tactics, Kyra seemed aloof to them and ignored him.

However, after a not so coincidental meeting after a massage (the one he advised her to get because she was so tense), Kevin and Kyra decided to try their hands at this relationship thing.

Six months down the line, Kevin proposed, and the rest they say is history. Although they have had their fair share of troubles in marriage, the two openly revealed that the basis of their marriage was to love each other forever, no matter the situation.

Thirty years and counting, Kevin and Kyra are going strong as ever, loving and supporting each other through the ups and downs of life and even during this coronavirus outbreak.
