Apryl Jones from LHHH Posts Sweet Pic with Her Kids & Talks about Struggles of Parenting Amid the Quarantine

Apryl Jones shared a photo with her children while on home quarantine. She admits seeking sanity after attending to their needs for a week.

Apryl Jones is on full mommy mode now that she’s on home quarantine with her children. However, she says she could use some sanity after devoting herself to what she describes as her new full-time job.

Apryl took to her Instagram to share a cute photo with her kids, Megaa and A’mei who have been with her the past week. Unlike Megaa, A’mei didn’t seem too pleased to have her photo snapped.

It would seem like Apryl still enjoys custody of her children judging from the week they’ve spent with her. This seems to be contrary to previous headlines that suggested Omarion won full custody of them.

Apryl says she’s taken on several roles now that she’s confined to their home. She writes in her caption,

“I don’t know about you moms out there but I have been at home with the kids all week taking on FULL TIME job titles like homeschool teacher, personal chef, housekeeper, and all while still having to be a parent.”

With all that happening, the mother of Omarion’s children admits, “I need some sanity!!!!!” Then she poses the question, “Anyone else feeling this way?”

It would seem like Apryl still enjoys custody of her children judging from the week they’ve spent with her. This seems to be contrary to previous headlines that suggested Omarion won full custody of them.

The story was released by MTO News in December which Apryl appeared to confirm. She told her followers on Instagram Live that she gave up custody of her kids to Omarion so she could work to augment the insufficient child support payments she’s been getting from her ex.

Apryl and Omarion began dating around 2014. Their relationship was documented on the first season of “Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood” within which Apryl welcomed Megaa. The couple stayed in the show for the second season but left, coinciding with their break-up in 2016, just two months after A’mei was born.

And while the ex-lovers battled over their custody and child support issues, things between Apryl and Omarion turned colder after she engaged in a relationship with Omarion’s bandmate, Lil Fizz.

The two reportedly got close when Apryl leaned on Lil Fizz for support while battling her mental issues following her breakup with Omarion. As of January, though, rumors swirled that Lil Fizz and Apryl had split. Neither confirmed this but Apryl addressed it by saying, “we are where we are.”
