Jennifer Hudson's Son David Jr Shows Acting Skills in Impressive Action Sequence
David Otunga recently shared a video of his son with Jennifer Hudson, David Jr., acting in a short action clip.
Jennifer Hudson’s son, David Jr., showed off his impressive acting skills in a six-minute Instagram video posted by his father.
A FUTURE ACTOR
David Otunga’s recent Instagram post began with David Jr. being captured as he tried to fight off the man who got him.
The clip later showed the father-son duo sharing a special moment where Otunga said he would “always protect” his son.
As the story progressed, Otunga went after those who kidnapped his son and had several fighting scenes with different men.
Several Instagram users praised the acting done in the video and asked if there is more to the clip that will be shown.
CO-PARENTING DAVID JR.
Hudson shares David Jr. with her ex-fiance, Otunga, who has 50 percent custody of the child. The former couple decided that each parent will have schedules to take care of and spend time with their son.

Hudson’s virtual performance went live on Global Citizen’s Instagram account, along with songs of different artists who gave free shows amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Among the terms they agreed on are prohibiting romantic partners from spending the night or be introduced to their son until the relationship is serious.
Neither parent is also allowed to take David Jr. elsewhere from school without informing the other parent. The custody battle started in 2017 after they ended their nearly ten-decade relationship.

The award-winning singer, at that time, filed for an emergency protection order after her former partner allegedly pushed her while holding David Jr.
It wasn’t long until Hudson dropped the charges, which Otunga continuously denied doing. Other claims made by the entertainer involved abuse and harassment.

HUDSON’S TRIBUTE TO ARETHA FRANKLIN
Hudson recently gave an at-home concert to her fans and paid tribute to the late Aretha Franklin by singing “Amazing Grace” on Instagram. She wrote:
“In honor of it being Sunday and we all have to have Church at home. I thought I post my bday tribute to #Arethafranklin today of amazing grace.”
Hudson’s virtual performance went live on Global Citizen’s Instagram account, along with songs of different artists who gave free shows amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The “If This Isn’t Love” singer previously played the Queen of Soul in her biopic, “Respect.” The production wrapped up earlier this year and had Hudson overwhelmed.
Franklin passed away in August 2018 due to pancreatic cancer but handpicked Hudson to play herself in the film before expiring.
