Tamela Mann's Husband David Becomes 'Weight Watchers' Ambassador to Change His Lifestyle
"Meet the Browns" star David Mann is the latest celebrity addition to the Weight Watchers family. In a video on the actor's Instagram page, he explained the inspiration behind his decision.
With the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic, David Mann has become the latest ambassador for Weight Watchers(WW). The actor shared the news in a recent video on his Instagram page.
Speaking about the inspiration behind his decision, David explained that the ongoing pandemic was a wake-up call for him to lead a healthier life.

He also credited his wife, Tamela Mann, for inspiring him to join the fitness program. According to him, Tamela has lost 50 pounds since she became an ambassador.
The "Meet the Browns" star added that this gave him confidence that the program would work. On the official website of Weight Watchers, a statement from David read:
"I'm so inspired by her success, and I'm now ready to live healthier and lose the weight with WW.
For several years, Tamela had struggled with her weight. Finally, in April 2019, she took to Instagram to announce that she would be joining the Weight Watchers' community as an Ambassador.
The decision was made in a bid to help her lose weight, develop healthier habits, and to have a better life not just for herself but also for her loved ones.
David and Tamela went on to get married in 1988, and together, they have four children and eight grandchildren.
The gospel singer's daughter, Tiffany, explained that she had learned how to take care of her body because Tamela inspired her.
Five months after Tamela started the weight loss program, she shared her progress with her fans on Instagram. The mother of four posted a video which she captioned:
"I am officially 40 pounds down!!! I'm telling y'all @ww is changing my life for the better!"
David and Tamela are not only one of the cutest Hollywood couples, but the pair have also enjoyed a successful marriage over the years.
When asked how they've kept their marriage after so many years, Tamela revealed that she always did things to make sure her husband remained interested in her.
The couple met in high school when a friend of David's brought Tamela to a singing group, which consisted of Kirk Franklin, Darrell Blair, and David himself.
After dating for some years, the pair went on to get married in 1988, and together, they have four children and eight grandchildren.
