Tamela Mann's Husband David Takes Wife for a Ride in 'Batmobile' on Their 32nd Anniversary
The stars of 'Mr. Brown,' David Mann, and his wife Tamela Mann celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary amid quarantine with a unique date in his 'Batmobile.'
David and Tamela recently celebrated a milestone in their marriage after being married for 32 years. The couple had to come up with a creative way to keep the fire going in their romance for the special occasion while quarantined.
David proudly revealed that he and Tamela decided to enjoy some alone time and went on a date to celebrate their anniversary.
As Tamela sat in the passenger's seat of the red and black vehicle as David explained, "I got in the Batmobile and took my girlfriend for a ride today since we can't do nothing for our anniversary."
Tamela revealed that they had a picnic in the car and enjoyed sandwiches in the parking lot. David added, "[we] ate in the parking lot…just content, loving each other."
Tamela joked that she wanted to take a ride because she was wanted to get a tan, but admitted that she enjoyed the outing.
The couple also revealed that they had left their home for a few hours because their children were busy preparing an anniversary surprise in their house, which they were going to share live on Instagram.
Later in the evening, David and Tamela showed off the intimate dinner that had been set-up; it was complete with fairy light, candles, and rose petals scattered on the floor.
Many fans sent them well wishes. Holly Robinson Peete joked, "happy anniversary, kids." Another celebrity friend of the couple's Terri J. Vaughn also wished them a happy anniversary.

, the couple met when they both in high school, and Tamela was introduced to David, who at the time was in a band with Kirk Franklin and Darrell Blair.
Tamela has made a huge adjustment to her life since they first met and lost almost 50 pounds with "Weight Watchers." She revealed that even though David loved her at her heaviest, he was supportive of her weight loss.
The couple's relationship hasn't always been perfect. According to Madame Noire, their relationship nearly ended after he had children outside of their marriage.
Tamela admitted that after she found out about a second child he had while they together, David had to reassure her that he would stay by her side, and also encouraged her to be strong in order to overcome her fears about the situation.
